Hardik Pandya is an all-rounder Indian cricketer. Born on 11 October 1993, he has been playing domestic cricket since 2013 for the team Baroda. He played his first international match against Australia. His T20 debut was against Sri-Lanka in which he took 2 wickets. The wiry young Hardik is form a small town in Gujarat. Hardik was born to himanshu Pandya and Nalini Pandya in Choryasi, Surat, Gujarat. He has an elder brother of Krunal Pandya. Krunal is also an Indian cricketer. His father ran a small car finance business in Surat. He chooses to shut down his business and move to Vadodara when Hardik was 5 years old. He enrolled his sons into kiran more’s cricket academy in Vadodara. Financially weak, the Pandya family used to live in a rented apartment in gorwa. They used a second-hand car to travel to the cricket ground. To focus on his cricket career, Hardik studied at MK high school till 9^th standard.

On 26 January, he started his international career with debut in T20 internationals for Team India. He then made his ODI debut in the same year on October 16. Known for his aggressive and big hitting, he played T20’s and ODI’s for a year before making his Test debut on July 26, 2017.

o   One of his most memorable innings was against Pakistan in ICC Champions Trophy Finals. Hardik was going all guns blazing, and many people believed that India could still win the match. Though India lost the match but his innings were praised by all.

o   Another most memorable bowling performance was in ICC T20 World cup against Bangladesh needed 2 runs to win off 3 balls. However, because of Hardik, India managed to win the match with the last three balls. However, because of Hardik, India managed to win the match with the last three balls resulting in 3 wicket- 2 catches and run-out.
